I'm going to try again after this weekend. The little one has had a bad sleep schedule the last week and I've been exhausted from lack of sleep. I'm hoping we can work her sleep schedule out.

No day like today.
So I hopped on the scale, and took my multi-vitamin. Things I should have done yesterday but failed at.
Starting Weight: 195.8 pounds
10%: 19.5 pounds
Goal Weight: 145 pounds (-50.8)
Current BMI: 31.6 Obese
Normal BMI: 18.5-24.9
I have my work cut out for me that is for sure.

Starting out on a bad foot.
My girls are up bright and early, and by bright and early I mean one took a quick nap from 1am until about 3am. I got no sleep. I ended up making myself Chocolate Cream of Wheat like my Grandma always made. I've already consumed a good chunk of calories for the day. *sigh*
Lunch is going to be home made chili too. I guess I'll be freezing some of it so that way it doesn't go to waste or get consumed entirely by me.
I will walk today without fail even if it means I walk in place to the Leslie Sansone DVD.
I have enough money tucked away to pay for a month at the gym for myself. I'll be getting that going again. Not only do I need it, but it's great for when David is gone. They have daycare on site and I can put the girls in there for up to 2 hours each day.
I'm off to start my water for the day, and drink some of the detox tea I got.

Monday November 17
I will start actively trying to lose weight again. I've removed my IUD that was causing me problems. I am armed with my disgust for myself, a "Walk Away the Pounds" book and DVD set, and a desire to fit back into my "skinny" jeans by spring time. I'll weigh in on Monday mornings. Make myself behave on the weekends that way. I will be permitting myself to have a treat on Friday evenings though.
I will be posting the information that I put into my "Walk Away the Pounds" book, and other things that help me better myself. It may be something as simple as spending an hour scrubbing my kitchen from top to bottom, or getting up every morning and getting showered and dressed before getting the kids up. It's not just about weight loss, but improving myself over all.
For now though I have my oldest daughters birthday today, and a cake to make.
